ADU Build
At Fackler Construction Company, we know that building a home is more than just constructing a structure. It’s about creating a space that is tailored to our clients’ needs and preferences. That’s why we were thrilled to work with Mary on her ADU Home project.
Mary is an avid baker, and it was important to her to have a big kitchen where she could indulge in her passion. We took this into account during the design phase and incorporated a spacious, well-equipped kitchen into the plans.
Throughout the project, we maintained a close relationship with Mary, listening carefully to her needs and incorporating her feedback into the design. We kept her informed and involved every step of the way, ensuring that she was satisfied with the progress and the end result.
The finished product was a beautiful, custom-built home that Mary was delighted with. We believe that the key to this success was our commitment to building strong relationships with our clients and working closely with them to bring their dreams to life.
At Fackler Construction Company, we take pride in our personalized approach to construction. We know that every client is unique, and we strive to create homes that reflect their individual needs and preferences. Our attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to building strong relationships with our clients are what sets us apart in the industry.

“When my husband and I got here in January, we asked a local resident of McMinnville, “do you know anybody who could make a custom home for us?” So she recommended Ben Fackler of Fackler Construction. I wanted somebody that I either knew personally or heard of by word of mouth. When we met with Ben I told him, “I know what I want.” I had all these pictures of things that I really wanted a certain way for the house. For example, I said, “the most important room is my kitchen.” I’m a baker, and I have to have double ovens. Ben said, “really?” And I said, “do you want cookies all the time?” He said, “yeah!” and I said “well then you better give me double ovens” And he did it, just the way I wanted it.”
